1. What does it do?

Accent Radiofrequency machine is used. The same machine is in use in Harrods and Harley Street Cosmetic Clinics. The quality depends on the brand of the machine and the potency of their effect. By gently heating the skin it promotes accelerated collagen production to tighten the skin.

It makes use of bipolar and unipolar modes for facial skin tightening and wrinkle reduction. After a course of six or more treatments you can achieve younger looking skin. In course of time it will lift the face.

2. What is involved?

An initial consultation with a Doctor at our clinic is needed. The merits and side effects are discussed. Consent forms are signed, clinical photos are taken.

3. How long will each treatment take?

Each treatment lasts around 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the treatment area.

4. How many treatments are needed?

6-8 treatments are recommended at weekly or two weekly intervals will be needed.

5. Who can have these treatments?

Suitable for most people. If pregnant or breast feeding it is not advised. Also not possible if you have a pace maker or metal implants of any form in your body.

6. What is the treatment sensation like?

It feels like a warm massage. Massage oil may be used as well. Not a painful treatment, quite pleasurable and relaxing.

7. What are the side effects?

Extremely rare but can include slight short term discomfort which is easily tolerated. Swelling and redness can occur but will disappear within a few hours.
